Shipping policy

We generally ship out orders the next day (except for weekends and Holidays) or unless noted on our website.

Shipping insurance is included for all orders. A formal claim must be submitted for any undelivered package, missing items, or items damaged while in transit. Failure to comply with the insurer’s request for evidence may result in a denial of the claim.
